2. What are the shipping costs?

UK £5.99
Overseas £18.

Some products are heavier/bigger than others so often you will find a special price for shipping when you proceed to checkout.

3. How can I pay?

We can accept all major credit cards/debit cards through our secure payment pages. Postal Orders and cheques(payable to ToyDogStar.com) can be sent to the address on our contact page. Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear.

4. Can I return an item? Yes. Simply return your item with the returns form in its unused original condition within 10 days of date of despatch for an exchange, credit voucher or refund.* Our return address is on the contact page.

If you are requesting an exchange a shipping fee will be required for P&P, depending on item you wish to exchange.
*Please note that we can only refund your item(s) if they are returned within 10 days from date of despatch. If after this time period a credit note will be given

5. What credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Solo.

6. When will I receive my order?

If the item you have purchased is in stock then we will aim to despatch it to you within 2-3 working days. Please allow a little longer for busier times such as November December. Last orders for Christmas delivery is the 19th December.

7. When will payment be taken from my account?

When you reach the final billing page and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account.
If the payment is authorized, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes.
